Lessons in Piano & Drums

Wightsteeple has since 1989, offered lessons in piano and drum for people of all ages and for a wide variety of music interests. We have started students as early as four years old but each person is different and it all really depends on the level of their desire to learn.
The music interests can include all levels from beginner to advanced in classical, jazz, ragtime, rock and popular. We also, for those students who are interested, provide an extensive approach to music theory and improvisation.

Lesson Times & Cost:

Lessons are offered Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm. The lessons are 45 minutes long, once per week and are purchased four lessons at a time. The lessons are $35. each so a block of four lessons would be a total of $140. All music books and additional sheet music are an additional cost. The lesson starts on the hour and concludes at a quarter to the next hour. Also offered is the opportunity for each student to record their work as they develop expertise with each musical selection they learn.
